Join Us to Protect Ontario Water

At 10:00 am on October 19, thousands of people across Ontario will send a strong, simultaneous message to government: protect more of Ontario’s water supply. Sign-up now to send this automatic message on social media.

You'll join the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA), which recently voted to #GrowOurGB and protect our vital headwaters!

Edge Planning Workshop RSVP for a free workshop on farm practices and the impacts of development on agriculture, co-hosted by the Golden Horseshoe Food and Farming Alliance.

The event will take place from 9am to 3pm on October 18 in Niagara.

Youth Help to Grow the Greenbelt Last year, 18 students from high schools around the Greenbelt worked with our grantee EcoSpark to write the first ever Ontario Greenbelt Youth Charter.

Photo Contest Launches October 3!

We're teaming up with the McMichael Canadian Art Collection and Professional Photographers of Canada to launch a photo contest celebrating the proposed addition of 21 urban river valleys and 7 coastal wetlands to Ontario's Greenbelt. Submit your photos capturing the Greenbelt's vital water resources in all seasons until January 10, 2017.
