As Ontario's tender fruit capital, Niagara is a hot-spot for farmers’ markets. There's a market in nearly every municipality and no shortage of options to buy Greenbelt-grown food throughout the year.

St. Catharines Farmers’ Market

St. Catharines boasts the oldest farmers’ market in the region, dating back to the late 1800s. Located at King and James Streets, the market runs three days a week and has a wide selection of vendors offering products ranging from local MyPick fruits and vegetables, baked goods, meats and cheeses, flowers, wine and other beverages, international foods, and artisanal craft producers. |

Niagara-on-the-Lake Markets Supper Market

Niagara-on-the-Lake features two markets - the Saturday morning Market at the Village and the Wednesday evening Supper Market. Originating in 2007, the market has become a community hot spot supporting and celebrating local food. With over 30 Niagara-based vendors, the markets have something for everyone. On Thursday afternoons through the summer, Main Street in Grimsby becomes the marketplace for local residents. With over 30 vendors, the Grimsby Farmers’ Market has a full selection of homegrown fruits, vegetables, preserves, baked goods, cheese, meat, flowers, plants and herbs, and more. |

Pelham Farmers' Market

Twenty Valley Farmers’ Market Beamsville |
Taking advantage of the multiple communities in the Town of Lincoln, the Twenty Valley Farmers’ Market is operating out of two locations to offer the best fresh food to all of Twenty Valley. The Jordan Village Farmers’ Market will be run on Wednesday afternoons in the parking lot between Main Street and 19th Street. The Beamsville market will be open on Saturday mornings and early afternoons, and can be found at the new Fleming Centre. |

Brock University Farmers' Market |
Giving both university students and residents options for healthy local food, the market at Brock University offers fresh produce and lunch items, in addition to Brock Dining Services selling grilled meats, complimented with local wine and beer while musicians from Brock provide live music. |

A year-round market dating back to 1907, the Welland Farmers’ Market is the largest market in Niagara with over 70 vendors during the peak season. |
